Human Design Helped Me Live More Authentically

There was a moment when I felt I wasn’t fully living as myself. I was an incredible people-pleaser, rarely or never dared to say no, constantly adapted, listened more to the outside world than to my own feelings, and often lost connection with who I truly was. I would often say “yes” while screaming “no” in my head. In my search for ways to deal with chronic pain, I discovered Human Design through a friend—a rather “spiritual” topic. But I was curious. Kim, my friend, spoke about it so passionately that I became genuinely intrigued.

I bought a book and looked up my Human Design profile. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion. I attended masterclasses, bought more books, listened to countless podcasts about Human Design… Through this system, I discovered my energy type and suddenly understood why I had certain patterns, why I got exhausted so quickly, and how I could reconnect with myself.
