About me

vrouw op rots in noorwegen

The woman in the picture above is me. I look like I'm in pain, but in reality it's just my 'out of breath after a hard climb' face. This picture was taken in the summer of 2024 in Norway, during an impressive hike with breathtaking views. Child 1 is in the background. Two years before this trip I never thought I would be able to do this.

It was late 2022 that I was limited to just 10 minutes of walking a day. I had been dealing with chronic pain for twenty years. It was an accidental discovery of a puzzle piece that changed my life and made me pain free. Maybe it was just that I was open to new possibilities, I don’t know yet.

I’m a mother of three and a wife of one.
I trained as a social nurse, and for the past ten years I’ve run my own practice in pedicure and massage. Through my personal story, I share everything I’ve learned with anyone who feels drawn to it—both in individual consults and here on this website.
Chronic pain has had a major impact on the professional choices I’ve made over the years. You can read all about that in the free e-book.

I believe that there are many people who are in the same situation, and who have the energy to gain new knowledge and try new things. I hope that this website, but especially the e-book, can inspire and motivate you to find your own path to recovery.

Let's go!

Would you like to support me?

The e-book and this website are created with a lot of time, care, and love. If you find value in my work and would like to give something back, consider having your Human Design chart made — you’ll gain insight into how your energy works, and I’ll receive some financial support in return. A win-win!
