Finished!

The e-book is finally ready! Before you decide whether you want to buy the e-book , you canread the first chapter for free. Take a look at the blog to see if you can identify with my kind of complaints. Enjoy reading and discovering!

The e-book tells my journey of the past twenty years and what I did and thought to deal with chronic pain. You name it, I did it!

But to really become pain free, I needed more than just bodywork.

I had to make it really uncomfortable, in my head.

I'm not very active on socials but you can also find me on facebook or instagram. Don't worry, I'm not talking about my favorite colors or recipes - although, if anyone has a recipe that makes you pain free, please let me know!

Get ready to get uncomfortable

Pain is a sensitive topic. It's wrapped up in emotions and shaped by how we behave. Maybe you're lying on the couch with back pain, doing only the bare minimum around the house. You occasionally see a doctor—some take you seriously, others don't. Your mood swings, or gradually sinks lower and lower. Your body stiffens from the lack of movement, but moving just isn't an option right now—because, well, "hello, I'm in pain."

It can feel like you're merely watching your partner or children live their lives, while you're stuck on the sidelines.

So familiar, right?

Unfortunately, I had to face some tough confrontations before I found my way to a pain-free life. I suspect you—or someone close to you—has too. Otherwise, you probably wouldn’t be here.

You'll find the full story in the e-book.

"I've been off work for a while because of pain, but after reading the e-book, I thought: why not give work another try? Instead of thinking, 'If I work, the pain will come back,' I now think, 'I just need to give it a go.' My mindset has shifted — and that feels liberating."

  • "I caught myself thinking: 'If I go for a walk, I’ll get pain in my foot.' That’s my current weak spot. But I recognized that pattern from the book and thought: 'No, it doesn’t have to be that way.' And to my surprise, I was able to walk further than before. I realized that my pain isn’t just in my body — it’s also in my mind and my mindset."
